Kobido (o el arte del masaje facial japonés)
The Kobido Massage is a facial massage that through different maneuvers causes a Facial Rejuvenation Lifting Effect that is seen immediately.
It has an average duration of 40 minutes, although I leave that as always, at the discretion of each one.
Fundamental benefits:
Improves circulation
Firms muscles and skin
Brings luminosity to the face
Drains reducing bags and dark circles
Eliminate expression wrinkles
They do not have side effects or produce allergies of any kind
You will notice yourself with a younger and more radiant face
In addition, it improves the discomfort of bruxism and tension headaches
How is the Kobido massage performed? 4 phases are established in therapy:
Cleaning and drainage. In this first part, the masseuse begins a brief shiatsu session on the face to prepare the areas to be worked on. Then start the drainage: press on the skin and drag it to specific points to eliminate toxins.
Stretching and lighting. In this phase, apply products such as grapeseed oil that contain both our Nutrition Oil and our Recovery Oil, to facilitate gliding movements, which contributes to lifting the skin of the face and recovering its luminosity. This part is ideal to hide wrinkles and bags that appear under the eyes.
Japanese lift. This stage occurs when the speed of movements increases without causing pain. The hands work like machines on the face, without exerting excessive pressure, to oxygenate and soften the furrows.
Anti-stress ending. The final phase makes a return to shiatsu, but to press the acupuncture points that serve to combat stress. The idea is to improve the image and benefit health at the same time.
I've even been relaxed writing it!
